John P. Sessa

John has more than 30 years of engineering experience as a US Navy Technician, Engineer,  Project Engineer and Program Manager,

 He has founded and operated several small businesses in his career.  As an entrepreneur with full profit

and loss responsibility, he arranged financing, performed all human relations functions including the hiring

and firing of staff, and aggressively marketed services. John wrote, and won RFQ’s for Federal agencies,

developed markets, submitted unsolicited proposals, and won contracts. His company, Dynamic Laser Products, was founded in 1989 and sold at a profit.

John’s corporate experiences include Program Manager and Project Engineer at DBA Systems, and Manufacturing Engineering Manager at JDS Uniphase, both in Melbourne, Florida
